Retirement Luncheon, December 2009 I just wanted to say thank you to you and all of your staff for making our boss’s retirement lunch go so well. We have received many compliments on what a great party it was and many have said it was the BEST retirement party they have attended. Gary said it was Marvelous! The gentleman that had the vegan lunch was extremely impressed with what the chef prepared for him and he said it was delicious. (He normally carries his own food with him but he did not need to use it that day). Everyone has remarked on the great food and service and of course our presentation. SO………. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! I know this is your job but I felt I needed to pass on our thanks and comments.

Rehearsal Dinner, April 2009 I am writing this letter to personally let you know of my experience with Mountain Branch Golf Glub. All to often people take time to write with complaints, I am writing to tell you just how wonderful my experience has been! During the process of looking for just the right space to hold my son's Rehearsal Dinner, I went to approximately 30 places in Harford County. Once I spoke to Kimberly and viewed the Loft, I knew instantly that it was going to be the perfect venue.
On the day of the dinner, I decorated the room and she came over to make sure I had the table linens and napkins and she moved the tables into the pattern I had chosen. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was just perfect.
The wait staff and bartender were all exceptional, as was the food. I could have asked for a better venue, better staffing or a better events coordinator. I have many more family celebrations in the future, and I will definitely choose Mountain Branch to host them.
Bel Air Elementary, May 2009 Dear Kim, I want to thank you so much! Our retirement dinner was wonderful. The food was great, especially the bread pudding. I would love to have some of that right now!!! Everyone has been raving today about the evening.
Arthritis Foundation, June 2009 Dear Mr. Davis, On behalf of the Arthritis Foundation, I would like to thank you and your staff for their wonderful support of our 2009 Get Tee'd Off for Arthritis Golf Tournament. I would also like to take this opportunity to mention Carol McCarthy.
As a first time coordinator of this event, I found Carol to be extremely pleasant and professional to work with. She answered all of the questions I asked and even ones I didn't think of asking. Her support went above and beyond the expected and certainly made Mountain Branch look good.
