League Information

The 2010 League Season is upon us and will be starting in the Month of May! The Men will play on Tuesdays and Ladies will play on Wednesdays.  Leagues are a 5:30PM shotgun with Mountain Branch doing their best to pair each team with a different team every week.  Each two-person team will earn points every week based on their "Net" score and where they finish in the field.  It is the responsability of the League Members to establish their handicap before the first week of play.  Members who have not established a handicap prior to League play will be forced to play as a "scratch" golfer until they have established a handicap.  Teams that qualify for the Match Play must play with the original team members.  Alternates are not allowed to participate in the Match Play - NO EXCEPTIONS!

The conditions to join the Men's or Ladies Leagues this year have changed from the years past.  The fee to join will be $349.00 and this will also make you an Associate Member of Mountain Branch as well.  The fee will include your weekly greens fee/cart as well as your end of season banquet and league gift.  The only fee you are responsible for is the $5.00 weekly prize fee that participants will pay prior to play in the golf shop each week. 

As mentioned above you will also be recognized as an Associate Member of Mountain Branch.  This will entitle you to all the priveleges that come along with being an Associate Member.  Please see the Associate Membership on the Memberships page to see all the benefits or click here to see the League Associate Membership form. 

Both Leagues are open to the first 32 teams that are signed up and paid prior to the start of the season.
